Over time, it has been rumored that the Africans have no true history or origin until the European countries started colonization. Blacks have often been referred to as savages with no historical background because they are supposedly too savage and unlearned to have a ‘correct’ way of life.
However, these are stereotypical facts about the cultures of blacks. However, Africa is a land laced with beautiful cultures that have sustained them before the European countries invaded the land. Music and dance had key roles in uncontaminated Africa. Africa is the continent of drums and percussion. Africa has a predominant principle of social relations and a strong kinship system. There were annual hunts and river fishing. In Egypt, we had the Fatimid dynasty, in Ethiopia we had the kingdom of scum near the red sea. All these were laced with a rich fabric of culture.
The blacks survived before the white man’s culture was introduced. The blacks have a way of life. A culture ever so rich and undying.
